This historic region, known for its stunning Costa Brava landscapes, produces wines with a unique character shaped by the Tramuntana a powerful northern wind that defines the essence of its vineyards.
Emporda is famous for its exceptional red wines and traditional sweet wines (Garnatxa de l’Emporda).
Using predominantly Garnatxa and Carinyena grapes, the local winemakers craft intense, aromatic, and mineral wines that reflect the rugged beauty of the rocky soil and the sea breeze.
