Characteristics: For lovers of great, modern wines with aging, where the spirit of the fruit predominates over the wood.
Elaboration: Grapes from old mountain vines over 50 years old. The maceration of the grapes is carried out during fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20ºC for 20 days.

Varietals: Grenache, Hare’s Eye and Cabernet Sauvignon
Denomination of Origin: D.O. the Empordà
Aging: 24 months in oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.

- Nose: Broad and complex aroma on a roasted background.
