2640 – WHITE WINE FRIZANTE LIBALIS FRIZZ 5.5 OF TORDESILLAS (VALLADOLID)
Characteristics: Libalis is a unique wine, able to fascinate consumers entering the world of wine for the first time, as well as to surprise and seduce the most demanding palates. It is a modern, complex wine with a deep and elegant aroma.Grain muscatel is often considered one of the oldest grape varieties still in existence and produces wines that stand out for their great aromatic power, with very characteristic aromas that evoke flowers and fruits.
Preparation: Cold maceration of the grapes for 6 hours. Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks, once the wine is at 5.5º of alcohol, it is cooled to a very low temperature stopping the fermentation and thus leaving a sweetly fruity wine with natural carbonation. At bottling, it is given a light touch of carbonation to give it the desired bubbly point.

Tasting Notes:
- View: Pale yellow very clean, glyceric and bright, with very fine bubbles.
- Nose: Tropical fruit at your discretion, a swirl of fresh grape aromas.
- Mouth: Wonderfully crisp in the mouth. A refreshing explosion of fruit that leaves a slightly sweet taste with tropical intensity.
Pairing: Goes well with rice, vegetables and pasta, as well as foie gras, baked fish and grilled seafood, and is also excellent as an aperitif. Recommended also with salmon and goat cheese.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 5 and 8 ºC.
