2501 – VERDEJO NEEDLE WHITE FISHER
Characteristics: Fisher White Verdejo. Personality, harmony and originality. Pale yellow in colour with greenish nuances, Fisher White Verdejo is a natural fermentation needle wine that reaches the palate with all the aromas and fruit of the fashionable variety. Its very fine needle point embroiders its charisma.
Elaboration: 2ª fermentation using the Charmat method. Method for obtaining champagne that consists of carrying out the second fermentation in large stainless steel tanks. In this case, once fermented, it is definitively bottled.
