Natural and ecological Needle Wine
Characteristics: Ca La Mar White is the bearer of simple pleasures in the glass. Remember the freshness of the Mediterranean and satisfy your thirst. It is a refreshing, light and easy-to-drink wine, which awaits us after a walk on the beach, at the end of an intense day and to celebrate an unexpected reunion. It is a perfect bottle to share with those who, like us, love wine.
Varieties: 50% Parellada, 30% Macabee and 20% Xarel·lo.
Graduation: 11% Vol
Organic and biodynamic viticulture: The three varieties with which we produce Ca La Mar White come from vineyards 100% cultivated with ecological practices, certified with the CCPAE seal of the Catalan Council of Agricultural and Ecological Production, which guarantees that the quality and health of the grapes they are achieved with completely natural preventive methods. We also use sustainable practices in the winery, such as reducing the weight of packaging, to obtain a reduction in the carbon footprint in transport, and the use of solar energy. This attitude helps us maintain a rich and varied ecosystem, beneficial for the environment and, therefore, for the grapes we use to make our wines.
Preparation: All the grapes are fermented at low temperature. Only the flower must resulting from soft pressing is used. It is in the second fermentation that we ensure the formation of the delicate needle, the perfect integration and its stability.

· Nose: The floral and fruity character, with notes of daisies, green apple and lime peel, makes this wine indispensable for good weather and good company.
· Mouth: Ca La Mar always surprises. It sways slightly and pleasantly on the palate, the fine bubbles tingle and bring freshness.
Harmonies: Ideal as an aperitif, it can liven up all kinds of meals; fresh salads and accompanying seafood and fish.
