2513 – RED WINE PUNTILS CRIANÇA – D.O. EMPORDA

 

Characteristics: The Garriguella Cooperative has been able to adapt to the new times, uniting past and present, tradition and innovation to create a new dream, where by carefully selecting the best old mountain vineyards, it offers as a result a new range of signature wines, groundbreaking, innovative with Emporda personality, wines that excite. They have a large area of ​​vineyards in the Alt Emporda, inherited from their grandparents and great-grandparents, where their most exceptional wines come from.

Winery: Cooperativa Garriguella

Elaboration: Grapes from the lap of Our Lady of Camp de Garriguella. The maceration of the grapes takes place during fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20ºC for 20 days.

Varieties: Black Grenache  and Cabernet Sauvignon

Aging: Aging in oak barrels for about 6 months

Alcoholic Degree: 14.9% Vol.

Tasting notes:

· View: Picota cherry colour with violet reflections.

· Nose: Aromas of red forest fruits, balsamic notes, liquorice and pepper with a touch of roasted coffee and chocolate notes.

· Mouth: In the mouth it is wide and structured.

Pairing: Ideal to take with sausages, pâtés and cheeses and all kinds of meat.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC.
