2102 – SEMI SWEET WHITE WINE CHÂTEAU MONELLS – D.O. PENEDÈS

Penedès Semi Sweet White Wine is a bright and crystalline white wine. Sweet taste with complex aromatic personality, powerful and pleasant. It leaves on the palate a fruity bouquet with character and a persistent retro taste.

Variety: Maccabee, Parellada and Xarel·lo

Tasting Notes: 

• Aroma: Intense aromas of sweet fig fruit and nuts, soft ripe citrus (lemon jam), light smoky notes, floral touches and background with hints of caramel and vanilla.
• Taste: Fresh on the palate, pleasant very sweet, slightly greasy, slightly low acidity, nuts and fine bitter notes, persistent. Long finish, aftertaste of sweet citrus.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 4 and 6 ºC temperature.

Pairing: It is ideal to accompany fish, foie and blue cheeses
