It is a single-harvest, unblended cognac, reflecting the purity of the limestone terroir of Grande Champagne, the most prestigious region. Since its foundation, Hine has been characterized by its meticulous selection of grapes and a distillation process on lees that enriches the aromatic complexity of the distillate.

Its philosophy is to get as close as possible to the original wine, allowing the Ugni Blanc grapes to express the unique identity of the Premier Cru soils. After 10 years of aging in French oak barrels, Bonneuil 2012 reaches exceptional maturity, showing unparalleled elegance and a sophisticated aromatic profile.
