Description: Inverroche Amber is distilled from Fynbos harvested from the dunes of the Western Cape coastal region in South Africa. Fynbos is a group of native vegetation that grows in the Inverroche distillery eco-region. Founded by Lorna Scott and her family in Still Bay, Inverroche Distillery is a pioneer in South African craft gin. In just 6 years, it has grown from a small cottage industry to an innovative craft distillery. Its gins stand out for being completely handcrafted, made with hand-harvested, indigenous ingredients, which provide a unique flavour and extraordinary freshness.
