Pairing: The classic Gin Tonic has always been prepared with some lemon peels (also called twist) and a couple of juniper berries, but the new Gin Tonic fever has led brands to work on the discovery of new flavouring elements to adapt to the demand of the current consumer, rose petals, pink rose petals, orange blossom, juniper or exotic citrus fruits such as kumquat peel, Buddha’s Hand, pondra or Yuzú, which will give a special touch to our glass.
Service: If you decide to drink gin on its own, serve it very cold, straight from the fridge, or with ice to soften the alcohol and enhance its important botanical aromas. When taking the first sip, take it slowly to savour it and appreciate its botanical nuances.
