Characteristics: With a classic citrus flavour and a very smooth texture, this extraordinary gin contains 12 botanicals, among which lemon and, above all, orange peel stand out.

Distillation process:

• Botanicals: Lemon and orange peel from Spain, Coriander seeds from New Zealand, Cardamom pods from Guatemala, Nutmeg from the Island of Granada, Juniper berries from Spain, Angelica root from Poland, Liquorice and orris root from Italy, Cloves from the Comoros Island, Cinnamon sticks from Sri Lanka, Cassia bark from China.
• Spirit base: Neutral spirit based on wheat grains and water from the Southern Alps of New Zealand.

Tasting notes:

• Colour: Bright. Crystal clear
• Nose: Classic juniper, instantly. Followed by subtle floral touches of lavender and orange blossom. Deeper earthy notes of cinnamon bark and nutmeg follow, but be prepared for a refreshing burst of citrus that will linger.
• Taste: Intense and fresh aroma, with a marked aromatic intensity. Juniper, orange peel and deep spices dominate. Vibrant in the mouth, with citrus and juniper notes taking center stage. Smooth yet crisp on the palate. Long and full-flavoured finish.
• Finish: A warm sensation with a lingering presence of juniper. Surprisingly long finish, with waves of orange and varied floral notes. Classic citrus. Super smooth.
