2924 – RED WINE MERLOT OF J.P. CHENET – PAYS D’OC – FRANCE

Location: The Pays d’Oc Vineyard is ubiquitous in Languedoc-Roussillon. It extends from the south of the Côtes du Rhône to Carcassonne
Preparation: The Merlot grapes are destemmed and pressed, then vinified in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 6-12 days. After filtration, the wine is bottled.
Grape variety: 100% Merlot

Tasting Notes:
- View: Clear, very intense, from garnet red to purple.

Pairing: Red wine that can accompany white meats, poultry, grills, salads and different cheeses.
Service: It is served at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C.
