Preparation of the harvest: Harvest and manual selection with subsequent heat treatment at -2 °C. Later stripped and soft pressed. Static removal of the must for 24 hours and fermentation in 20,000 L stainless steel tanks.
Harvest: Harvest influenced by a Mediterranean climate with a continental tendency. Great thermal amplitude between a long and cold winter and a warm and dry summer with little rain. The Cerç and Garbí winds favor the ripening of the grapes, refreshing them during the summer.

Tasting notes:
· View: Very pale lemon yellow color with slight greenish edges. Clean and clear.
· Nose: In the nose it has a soft aromatic intensity where the nuances of white fruits such as apple and pear predominate over the floral notes.
· Mouth: Fine and fresh in the mouth. Smooth and balanced on the palate, with a good intensity and a pleasant and slightly soft finish.
Pairing: White Wine Cap de Ruc is characterized by its freshness and finesse, traits that make it the perfect accompaniment to all types of Mediterranean dishes, white meats, pasta and rice.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC temperature.
