2530 – WHITE WINE TAL COM RAJA D.O. TERRA ALTA

Elaboration: Made with Grenache white from vineyards located in the Plain of Gandesa, on elevated terraces, well-drained land and, therefore, offering low productions. For its preparation, two harvests are combined, an early one that will bring all the freshness of the fruit and another two weeks later to obtain the warmth of Grenache. After fermentation, they work on the must with the lees to achieve maximum complexity and delicacy without giving up the desired gastronomic freshness in the mouth.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC.
