V011 – PACK FOR VERMOUTH COMPOSED OF CLAMS, MUSSELS AND OLIVES STUFFED WITH ANCHOVIES

Characteristics: Pack consisting of 3 canned cans:

  • 1 natural Clams,
  • 1 pickled Mussels
  • 1 olives stuffed with anchovies.

Description of each can:

· Natural clams: Ingredients: clams (mollusc), water and salt. Natural Ria clam. They come exclusively from the Ria de Noia, in A Coruña. They have been rigorously selected and refined before being steamed. Canned by hand and bathed in the so-called government liquid.

· Pickled mussels: Ingredients: Mussels (mollusc), olive oil (27%), wine vinegar, salt and spices. May contain fish and crustaceans. Pickled mussels are mussels that have been cooked and marinated in a mixture of vinegar, oil, salt and other ingredients, such as spices or garlic, among others, giving them a more intense and delicious flavour. This type of preserve is very popular in Spain and other parts of the world, not only because of its unique flavour, but also because it can be preserved for a long time without the need for refrigeration.

· Anchovy-stuffed olives: Ingredients: Water, olives, salt, anchovy paste (6% on PNE) (water, anchovy (fish) and stabilizer: sodium alginate), flavour enhancers (E-621) and (E- 631), acidulates: citric acid and lactic acid and antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Note: Filling percentage (6%) expressed on the drained net weight.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened consume immediately.
