Characteristics: Gourmet prepares these pickled sardines following the same manual method of almost 70 years ago. The sardines are prepared and canned by hand and no preservatives or colouring are added, so the quality of the product is assured from start to finish.

Description of the pickle: The pickle adds a unique dimension to this preserve, as it combines the acidity of the vinegar with the incomparable flavour of the sardines, tomato and onion. The result is a dish with a balanced flavour profile and a smooth texture, where the ingredients are imbued with the flavours of the marinade. Used since ancient times, pickles not only extend the shelf life of food, but also provide a distinctive and delicious culinary experience.

Properties: Sardines are a natural source of protein, they contain omega 3 fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and zinc. In addition, they have vitamins A, B and D, so they are a very complete and indispensable food in our diet.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool and dry place. Once the can is opened, consume immediately.

Ingredients: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) (75%), vinegar (sulphites), water, vegetable oil (sunflower), tomato concentrate, onion, sugar, salt, natural flavouring.
