SOO1 – CALÇOTS SAUCE OF 645 GRS.

 

Characteristics: The calçotada must be made with a good sauce, such as Salsa Calçots Ferrer. Made with fresh products, of the highest quality, following the traditional recipe but with our secret Ferrer touch. Calçotadas have been popular in the village of Valls (Tarragona) for 100 years, and from there they have become popular throughout Catalonia. They are held from November to April.

Ingredients: Tomato, olive oil, vegetable oil, water, almonds, vinegar, spices, salt, garlic and stabilizer: xanthan gum.
