7236 – KANOSUKE JAPANESE WHISKY DOUBLE DISTILLERY 53º – 70 Cl.
Characteristics: Kanosuke Japanese Double Distillery is a blended multi-distillery Japanese whisky produced by Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima, Japan, combining spirits from two family-owned distilleries: Kanosuke itself and sister distillery Hioki. The blend integrates traditional pot still spirits and malt and unmalted barley distillates to create a complex and balanced profile. Aging is carried out in a variety of new American oak casks, bourbon casks, sherry casks and recarbonated casks that previously contained shochu, providing aromatic richness and characteristic nuances. Bottled without chill filtration or colour additives, this whisky has no age statement (NAS) and represents the family history of spirit production and the collaboration between distilling brothers who seek depth and balance of flavours. It has won international awards such as Gold at the World Whiskies Awards 2025 and recognition for its aromatic complexity.
