Characteristics: Chichibu Paris Limited Edition 2025 LES CHAMPS ELYSSEES is a Japanese single malt produced by the renowned Chichibu Distillery under the Ichiro’s Malt brand. It is part of the Paris Edition 2025 collection, which pays tribute to emblematic neighborhoods in Paris and Tokyo through artistic labels and limited productions. The Les Champs-Élysées version is inspired by the famous Parisian avenue, a symbol of luxury, history and urban culture, reflecting elegance and tradition in the label design. The total collection is limited to 2,484 numbered bottles, with a blend of whiskies aged 5 to 14 years, matured in various casks: ex-bourbon, new French oak, Bordeaux red wine and sherry, in addition to some casks previously used for peated whisky. This combination provides aromatic complexity and structural richness. Bottled at 50.5% vol., without chill filtration or added colourings, it retains the intensity and distinctive character of Chichibu. It is particularly appreciated by collectors and fans of Japanese whisky for its limited availability and iconic design.

Tasting Notes:

• View: Deep golden amber, bright and with dense tears in the glass.
• Nose: Complex and elegant; ripe fruits (apple, pear), vanilla, honey, nuts and delicate spices with a subtle touch of peat.
• Mouth: Balanced and silky; notes of sweet malt, caramel, candied fruit and noble wood. Long, persistent and elegant finish, with soft spices and slight smoky sensation.
