Description: At the pinnacle of aged spirits, El Suprem presents its 18-year-old rum: a masterful creation that fuses elegance and opulent luxury. This full-bodied expression, dark amber in color, not only invites contemplation, but also offers a sumptuous bouquet of sweet aromas, making it the most exquisite and luxurious rum in our range. It earned it the Gold Medal at The Spirits Business Global Rum & Cachaça Masters 2024.

Characteristics:

• Distilled from pure hand-cut sugar cane honey.
• Unfiltered, natural, without additives or colorings.
• Traditional distillation in copper stills.
• Double maturation:

    • Finally, it is finished maturing in French oak barrels.
• Matured in Asunción, Paraguay. Bottled in France.

Tasting notes:

• View: It has a dark amber colour.
• Nose: A complex bouquet of dried apricot, cherry and toasted tea with notes of oak and dark chocolate.
• Mouth: A velvety palate with notes of sweet nuts and intense oak, leading to a smoky finish with hints of caramel and honeycomb.
• Finish: A long finish with notes of dark chocolate, espresso coffee and leather, with a hint of honey.
