7074 – HINE DOMAINES HINE BONNEUIL 2008 GRANDE CHAMPAGNE COGNAC 42,5º – 70 Cl.
Characteristics: Hine Bonneuil 2008 is an exclusive limited edition cognac, made from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Hine house’s own vineyards, located in the Premier Cru of Grand Champagne. This single harvest cognac faithfully reflects the identity of the region’s limestone terroir, resulting in a pure and refined expression. Only 450 numbered bottles were produced, bottled on July 19, 2018 after a decade of aging in French oak barrels. Hine, with more than 250 years of history, has maintained its tradition of creating exceptional cognacs that stand out for their elegance and authenticity. Its philosophy is to preserve the essence of the wine as much as possible and reflect the unique characteristics of the soil. The 2008 harvest benefited from an exceptional climate, which resulted in vibrant spirits with remarkable aromatic complexity. This cognac is distinguished by its fruity profile and aromatic richness, offering a unique sensory experience. Its pairing with foods such as oysters, Iberian ham or sashimi allows its nuances and textures to be highlighted, demonstrating its versatility. The presentation of the bottle, in coral tones, is inspired by the notes of fresh blueberries that characterize it.
