Description: It was the first gin to be made on the tropical Japanese island of Okinawa. It is handmade and its primary ingredient is goya, the bitter melon of Okinawa. It is a floral gin in addition to providing flavours of tropical fruits.Masahiro Okinawa’s Recipe 01 shows a clear and bright color that shines in the sun. The first glance at this liqueur awakens the anticipation of a unique experience. On the nose, delicate aromas of tropical fruits, soft citrus and a touch of freshly cut grass unfold. Subtle floral notes and aromatic spices also stand out. On the palate, Recipe 01 delights with its fresh and vibrant structure, complemented by a harmonious sweetness.
