Characteristics: The 6-year-old Deadhead Rum is presented in a deep amber with golden reflections. Its aromas unfold at the first sniff. A harmonious play of sweet vanilla, exotic fruits and a soft spice floods the nose. With each sip, a complex flavour is revealed that combines notes of toasted oak and caramel with a touch of tropical fruits. A smooth finish completes the taste experience. The aromas of pineapple and coconut give this rum a refreshing note that caresses the palate and revitalizes the senses.A true masterpiece of rum making, perfect for special occasions and capable of transforming any moment of enjoyment.

Elaboration: It begins with carefully selected varieties of sugar cane. These are pressed and the cane juice obtained is fermented. The resulting cane wine goes through distillation in copper stills, known for their high quality. After distillation, the rum matures for six years in American oak barrels, where bourbon was previously stored. These barrels give the rum its characteristic aromas. Maturation takes place under optimal climatic conditions, so that the rum interacts gently with the wood and displays all its complexity.

• View: Deep and bright amber colour, with golden and reddish sparkles, clean and attractive.
• Nose: A rich and seductive aromatic profile. Sweet notes of freshly brewed coffee, chocolate, vanilla and caramel emerge, which are intertwined with warm spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) and a light fruity touch of apples and pears.
• Mouth: Soft, creamy and velvety texture. The flavour confirms the nose with leading notes of dark chocolate, caramelized banana and toffee, perfectly balanced by spicy nuances of anise and a herbal background. The finish is long, warm and very pleasant.
