Characteristics: Distilled with New Zealand blood oranges, fresh raspberries and kaffir lime, Blood Moon gin has a truly unique profile that combines a blend of dried and fresh botanicals, creating a delicious and refreshing blood orange gin.

Distillation Process:

• Botanicals: Tauranga Blood Oranges, Tasman Raspberry and Gisborne Makrut Leaf from New Zealand.
• Spirit Base: Neutral spirit made from wheat grains and water from the Southern Alps of New Zealand.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Blood Orange
• Nose: Bright and tropical aroma, with notes of orange peel, citrus leaves and berries.
• Taste: Palate Firm and juicy texture, with blood orange pulp in the foreground that melts with resinous juniper and fresh mint.
• Finish: Dry, fresh and spicy, with lingering citrus and tropical notes.
