Distillation Process:

• Botanicals: Lemon and Orange Peel from Spain, Coriander Seeds from New Zealand, Cardamom Pods from Guatemala, Nutmeg from the Island of Granada, Mandarins and Juniper Berries from Spain, Angelica Root from Poland, Liquorice and Orris Root from Italy, Cloves from the Comoros Islands, Cinnamon Sticks from Sri Lanka, Cassia Bark from China.
• Spirit Base: Neutral spirit made from wheat grains and water from the Southern Alps of New Zealand.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: Brilliant. Crystalline.
• Nose: Orange blossom is the protagonist, with subtle hints of rose. The citrus fruits, clearly perceptible, are soft, sweet and vibrant on the nose, with a slight hint of pepper.
• Taste: The citrus sweetness caresses the palate, with a predominance of juniper that allows a subtle touch of pepper. The interesting incorporation of three layers of citrus fruits provides a delicate complexity.
• Finish: The natural heat allows the earthy botanical aromas to emerge, with a persistent touch of juniper and a dry but juicy and sweet finish. Intense taste of mandarin.
