Characteristics: This gin was created by Milanese entrepreneurs and Oscar Quagliarini, the most talented barista and perfumer in Italy, Holywater Gin is a project that celebrates the deepest Italian traditions with a look to the future that invites you to savour new gustatory horizons. Produced in Cortemilia, at the Valverde distillery, in the province of Cuneo, Holywater is a dry gin obtained with various botanicals, such as juniper, coriander, cardamom, liquorice, iris, Lourdes pine extract and a small percentage of distilled seawater that gives it flavour and an unexpected touch of incense. The gin is then bottled in an elegant Madonna-shaped bottle, a symbol of purity and refinement.

Description: This gin is born from a base of classic dry gin, composed of juniper distillate, coriander extract, cardamom and a subtle touch of liquorice. Inspired by the flora around Lourdes, it incorporates iris distillate and pine extract, evoking the natural character of the Pyrenees. Its preparation is distinguished by the addition of a small proportion of distilled seawater, which provides an unexpected salinity that surprises the palate. A delicate nuance of incense enhances the aromatic complexity, elevating the sensory experience to a sophisticated and unique level.Tasting

• View: Elegant and complex, with fresh notes of juniper and pine, subtle floral nuances of iris and a spicy background of cardamom and coriander.
• Nose: On the nose it is tasty, balsamic and slightly floral.
• Mouth: Balanced, soft and enveloping, with an herbal and spicy start, followed by a saline touch that enhances the flavours and a sophisticated finish with light nuances of incense.
