2901 – ROSÉ WINE GRIS BLANC GÉRARD BERTRAND 2022 PAYS D’OC
Characteristics: Gérard Bertrand’s light Gris Blanc Wines from Pays d’Oc enters the glass with a bright strawberry pink colour. In the mouth, Gérard Bertrand’s Gris Blanc Wines from Pays d’Oc is wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. Light and versatile, this crisp and light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. The end of this young rosé from the Languedoc wine region, more specifically from C.d.R. Villages Tautavel, finally impresses with a good retro taste.
Elaboration: Grenache and Grenache Gris grapes are the starting point for Gérard Bertrand’s first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Gris Blanc Wines from Pays d’Oc. After the harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are carefully selected and narrowed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once fermentation has finished, the Gris Blanc Wines from Pays d’Oc can continue to harmonize on fine lees for a few months…
