Elaboration: The wine is a blend of the Samsó s, Syrah and Grenache varieties, whose vines grow on slate soils typical of the area (licorella), on slopes facing north and north-west. The winery follows the precepts of organic viticulture. Collection takes place in boxes of maximum 16 kg. After a traditional vinification, it is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. The result is a wine with 14% alcohol by volume.

Tasting Notes:

• View: Deep ruby ​​colour, vivid, high layer. It’s clean and shiny. Abundant tear.
• Nose: High intensity with a predominance of intense spices and very ripe black fruit aromas. Little by little, notes of aromatic herbs, refreshing balsamic and light florals are perceived, above a mineral background.
• Mouth: On the palate it is fresh, pleasant, with a high load of fruit, a very fleshy red wine.

Pairing: It is a modern and pleasant wine, characteristic of this magnificent area of ​​our geography that can combine with a multitude of light and semi-elaborated tapas, and even to drink it without a solid accompaniment, simply for what we traditionally call ” chat”.

Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18ºC.
