Description: Blau Verd 2021 is a young red wine, fresh and balanced, made with Carignan and Grenache from certified organic vineyards. This black from the D.O. Montsant is part of one of the Gil family’s most prominent projects outside of Jumilla: Cellers Can Blau. A complex wine that harmoniously combines the qualities of Samsó grown in clay soils and the notes of Grenache matured on licorice soils.
Vinification: Maceration and fermentation of the two varieties separately, in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature; malolactic fermentation also takes place in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
· View: Blau Verd shines a brilliant ruby colour, elegant and ripe with flashes of dark cherry red.
· Nose: On the nose it reveals aromas of cardamom and raspberry, notes of red tea and a background of licorice.
· Mouth: This medium-bodied wine shows great balance with moderate and refined tannins, joined by a pinch of acidity supported by notes of kirsch in a tasty finish.
Pairing: Rice, pasta (noodles, spaghetti, macaroni), vegetables, mushrooms, stewed meat, sausage, pork, roast meat, red and white meat marinated in the room, lightly cured and medium-cured cheeses.
Service: To fully enjoy this wine, the temperature must be between 15 and 18ºC.
