2520 – ALBARIÑO FRAILES DO MAR from the D.O. RIAS BAIXAS
Characteristics: The Albariño grape variety develops in optimal conditions in Galician soils, where the Atlantic climate characterized by frequent rains and mild temperatures cause the strain of the vine to obtain the level of humidity necessary to develop.
Elaboration: All the grapes are selected by hand in the cellar, a key aspect for the highest quality. The best quality grapes follow a cold film maceration for more than 20 hours. Following a very slow fermentation at low temperature fresh musts were obtained with tropical notes and good balance.

Denomination of Origin: The D.O. Rias Baixas produces excellent white wines, characterized by the fruit and floral aromas derived from the Albariño grape, of international recognition.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.Capacity: 75 Cl.
Tasting Notes:
· View: pale lemon yellow with golden and crystalline tones.
· Nose: a wide range of citrus fruits, accompanied by hints of ripe fruit.
· Palate: elegant and fresh in the mouth, with a frank retro taste and intense nasal retro.
Pairing: Appetizers, starters, fish and white meats. grilled or boiled seafood, steamed molluscs, Galician octopus.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 9 and 11 ºC temperature.
