1287 – CORPINNAT GRAMONA CELLER BATLLE BRUT 2015
Characteristics: Celler Batlle summarizes the artisanal philosophy of the house in each bottle. This sparkling wine is the result of sustainable and conscious viticulture that follows the biodynamic philosophy on the family lands of the Can Romeu area, till with horses and harvested by hand. During the more than 100 months it rests in the cellars, each and every step of the production is carried out manually, by artisans who have learned the trade in our house. The cork placed at the time of pouring boosts the sensory qualities of the sparkling wine, favouring sustainability and biodiversity in the cork forests. Before releasing each bottle, we wrap them one by one with cellophane of vegetable origin and completely compostable.
Aging: Aged in rhyme for more than 100 months with a natural cork stopper.

Graduation: 12% Vol
Elaboration: The grapes were harvested by hand, before going through a second selection on the selection table. It entered the press by gravity. The blend was decided in a tasting and the bottles underwent the second fermentation, covered with natural cork. Each phase of the process was carried out by hand, including stirring and disgorging.
Tasting notes:
- Colour: It shows a straw yellow colour with bright flashes of golden hue.
- Nose: It is a deep wine with great complexity. The aromas of white fruit, citrus, aromatic herbs and flowers lead us towards a vibrant character. As it evolves in the glass, it reveals notes of breadcrumbs and old book pages.
- Mouth: On the palate, it is powerful, with a creamy texture, while maintaining a remarkable freshness and energy, demonstrating its refined and expressive personality.
Pairing: An ideal choice to serve with a whole tasting menu.
Service: The recommended service temperature for this cava is between 8°C and 10°C.
