1251 – CORPINNAT LLOPART BRUT NATURE RESERVA
History: At the beginning of the 1950s, Pere Llopart i Vilarós, as a continuation of the family tradition, contributed to making artisan sparkling wines known and prestigious, and consolidated Llopart wines as wines of the highest quality. He realized his firm conviction to turn them into the expression of the essence of a land and vineyards, an objective that remains Llopart’s fundamental goal. His project promoted one of the first Brut Nature produced in our country, inspired by the original bottle from 1887.
The vineyard: Heretat Can Llopart: Located in a unique enclave, in the municipality of Subirats, in the Alt Penedès mountain area, the Can Llopart estate comprises 500 hectares between vineyard and forest at an average altitude of 360 meters . The 102 hectares of our own vineyard are the essence of our personality. We cultivate the land in an ecological way, according to the parameters of sustainable cultivation, with the utmost respect for the environment. The peculiar geological configuration of our estate, with rugged orography in the form of slopes and terraces, and with a shallow soil depth, gives rise to vines with a large root extension, limited vigour and one of the lowest productions in our area viticulture
Elaboration: Manual harvesting of the selected vines and pressing of the entire grape to maintain its properties as much as possible. We ferment the musts at a low temperature to preserve the freshest aromas in the wine. The blend of base wines is bottled at the beginning of the year and the bottles are placed in racks where, at constant temperature and humidity, in the dark, they will rest for more than 24 months. After aging, cut the neck to remove the lees from the wine and cover with the cork
Varieties: 45% Xarel·lo, 35% Macabee and 20% ParelladaGraduation: 12% Vol
Tasting notes: Very bright pale yellow colour. Fine bubble and very integrated. Penetrating and clean, with memories of white and citrus fruits in perfect balance, all of them accompanied by delicate toasted and creamy touches, the result of its long aging.
Service: Taste at a temperature of 8 ºC
