Tasting notes:
- View: Reserve Cava lemon yellow with golden reflections, with fine and persistent bubbles.
- Nose: On the nose it enjoys a marked aroma that initially recalls nuts and aniseed notes. It gradually evolves with ease, giving way to notes of quince, honey, biscuit and syrup.
- Mouth: In the mouth it is intense, with good persistence on the palate. With well-integrated and fine bubbles that give way to a dry and frank finish.
Pairing: It is a cava with good structure and complexity. Perfect for food with long cooking but also for desserts and chocolate.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 6 and 8 ºC.
