1242 – CAVA PERELADA BRUT RESERVE
Characteristics: Perelada Brut Reserve is made from wine from the three typical varieties of cava: Macabee, Xarel·lo and Parellada. It is a classic cava produced according to the traditional method with all the rigor and care that characterize Perelada.
Elaboration: White D.O. Cava, made virgin and under controlled fermentation.
Aging: The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, using the traditional method. It remains in the cellar for about fifteen months before disgorging.

Varieties: 45% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabee and 25% Parellada
Bottle type and capacity: standard 75 Cl.
Graduation: 11.5% Vol
· View: It has a pale yellow color. Good bubble release.
· Nose: The months of aging have developed their fine aroma while maintaining light fruity nuances.
· Mouth: Its good structure, elegance and sensory breadth give it an unmistakable personality.
Pairing: Perelada Reserve Brut cava pairs well with appetizers, grilled pilchards, fruit cakes, steamed vegetables and vegetables.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 5 and 7ºC.
