S004 – ALLIOLI FERRER IN GLASS JAR OF 140 GRS.

 Description: The Allioli sauce is typical of the western Mediterranean, where it has been prepared for centuries. Ferrer makes it following the traditional recipe: without egg and only with oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Due to its versatility, we recommend it to accompany all kinds of grilled meat and fish, but also Fideuàs, vegetables and salads.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil (77%), water, garlic (7%), lemon juice and salt.
