Hailing from Okinawa, this whisky is inspired by the tradition of Awamori, a traditional spirit from the region, and is matured in bourbon casks for over 10 years. Produced by the Masahiro distillery, this whisky combines traditional pot still distillation techniques with Okinawa’s subtropical climate, which accelerates its maturation and imparts a unique character. Its profile is rounded, sweet, and balanced with fruity, woody, and spicy notes, creating a sophisticated and complex sensory experience.
