Chichibu, located about 100 km from Tokyo, has gained worldwide recognition for its dedication to quality and detail in each of its limited editions. Tasting Notes:

• View: It has an attractive liquid gold colour, with golden reflections and a silky texture that anticipates its complexity.
• Nose: Refined and balanced, with notes of elegant peat, white fruits such as pear and apple, aromatic herbs such as sage and tarragon, along with nuances of green almond, vanilla and freshly cut hay. When allowed to breathe, subtle spicy notes appear and a slight memory of toasted wood.
• Mouth: Vibrant but harmonious, with an oily and enveloping peat. Flavours of barley field, meadow, citrus fruits such as lime and lemon appear, as well as sweeter fruits such as pear and pineapple. A subtle menthol touch refreshes the whole, while the balance between sweetness and smokiness makes it truly captivating. As it disappears, it leaves an echo of wood, soft tobacco and a slight sweetness of burnt caramel.
