This creation by Ichiro Akuto is composed of a blend of whiskies between 6 and 13 years old, which gives it an exceptional complexity and depth of flavours. Without chill filtration and with a natural colour, this whisky matures on its lees, a process that contributes greatly to its aromatic and gustatory richness, highlighting the unique influence of each cask. Thanks to the use of casks from different regions, this whisky acquires unique nuances, with a balanced fusion between sweetness, bitterness and spicy notes. Its profile is characterized by a great development of aromas and layered flavours, offering a refined sensory experience. With a limited production of only 11,800 bottles, this edition is positioned as one of the most exclusive in the world of Japanese whisky, appreciated by collectors and enthusiasts of high-quality spirits alike.

- View: Deep amber colour with vibrant reddish reflections, the result of its maturation in red wine barrels, which gives it a warm and attractive appearance.
- Nose: Complex and expressive, with a harmonious combination of honey, noble wood and fruits such as medlar, wild berries and citrus. Notes of vanilla, spices and a light floral touch add even more depth and sophistication.
- Mouth: Smooth and structured, with a rich evolution of flavours. Blueberry intertwines with the vibrant freshness of citrus and the sweetness of medlar. Mint and liquorice provide subtle freshness, while cedar and bitter cocoa intensify the sensation in the mouth. Fine caramel notes provide balance, leaving a velvety texture on the palate.
