7150 – SEARA JAPONESE CRAFT VODKA 40º – 50 Cl.
Features: Seara is a Japanese artisanal vodka produced in Okinawa, an island known for its tropical atmosphere. Its name comes from the combination of the words “SEA” (sea in English) and “sora” (sky in Japanese), which evokes the natural charm of Okinawa, a place where the sea and the sky meet. This vodka is made using traditional distillation techniques, which come from the local distillery Masahiro Distillery. It is carefully blended from rice and wheat, which gives it a smooth, creamy and slightly sweet texture, with a clean and bitter taste.
It is the first artisanal vodka made in Okinawa and has been awarded prestigious awards, such as Double Gold at the 2023 International Spirits Challenge, Silver 90 points at the 2023 International Wine and Spirits Competition and Silver at the 2022 World Vodka Awards.
Tasting notes:
- View: Transparent, clean and crystalline, with a brilliance that reflects its purity and artisanal quality.
- Nose: Delicate and soft aroma of rice, with fresh touches of fruit and a light essence of floral inspiration.
- Mouth: Offers a clean flavour, without bitterness, with a soft and slightly thick texture that highlights the natural sweetness of the rice.
