Features: El Dorado 25 Years Special Reserve is a blend of rums aged for a minimum of 25 years and produced in wooden and metal stills.Since 1670 in Guyana Ron El Dorado has been produced strictly from molasses from local sugar factories.Created to mark the turn of the millennium, El Dorado’s Gran Reserve Especial de 25 years has a silky smoothness that challenges the oldest cognac.

The constant ambient heat and tropical conditions of Demenara dramatically accelerate the maturation process. An after-dinner delight to drink slowly and in moderation.The age statement on the label refers to the youngest rum in the blend.Due to its unique flavor Ron El Dorado is considered one of the best rums in the world.

Tasting notes:

• View: It has an intense amber or amber red colour.
• Nose: Complex and seductive, with lush notes of molasses, dark chocolate, raisins, vanilla and cinnamon. There are hints of mocha, tobacco, dark spices and oak.
• Mouth: Soft, silky and unctuous attack. It has a round body that combines flavors of tropical fruit, coffee, leather, toffee, honey and hints of fruitcake.
• Finish: Very long-lasting, elegant and dry, with final touches of nut and smoke.
• Feel: The mouth feel is excellent, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
