7115 – GUYANA RUM EL DORADO 21 YEARS OLD SPECIAL RESERVE 43º – 70 Cl.
Characteristics: El Dorado 21 Years Special Reserve is one of the jewels of the South American Caribbean, made by Demerara Distillers Limited in Guyana. Produced with 100% local cane molasses, naturally fermented and distilled in the historic Enmore, Port Mourant and Versailles wooden stills, the only assets in the world.
The rum matures for more than two decades in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, in an environment of controlled humidity and temperature, which enhances its aromatic concentration and velvety texture. The result is a rum with a complex structure, exceptional smoothness and a long finish, considered among the best in the world for its purity and sensory depth.
