7003 – SIKKIM FRAISE PREMIUM GIN
Characteristics: Sikkim Fraise is a Distilled Gin with juniper, red tea, floral essences, wild strawberries, red cranberries, coriander, iris, calamus and bitter orange peel, fruity flavour, sweet in the mouth, with aromas of wild strawberries.
Preparation: Sikkim Fraise is a gin that is made by mixing red tea, with the best cereal, the freshest juniper and floral essences. From this mixture, unique aromas and different flavours are obtained to enjoy in the mouth. Sikkim is known for offering unique gins in the world that are made from red tea from an area of Tibet, specifically in Sikkim, which gives its name to the gin. Old copper stills built in 1875 are used and a distillation is carried out, in which they have managed to find the perfect balance in the proportions of alcohols and essences.
Awards: These gins have been awarded the best score by the Peñín Guide in the Premium Gins category in Spain.

Tasting notes:
- View: Colourless, clean and bright.
- Nose: Fresh and fruity on the nose, with aromas of wild strawberries.
- Mouth: Fruity and very sweet on the palate. Long finish.
Pairing:
- Mini strawberry skewer with tonic or lemon-lime soda.
- Lime twist and mint leaf with tonic or lemon-lime soda.
- Orange twist, tonic or lemon-lime soda and grated pure chocolate on the glass.
Service: If you decide to drink gin alone, serve it very cold, straight from the fridge, or with ice to soften the alcohol and enhance its important botanical aromas. When taking your first sip, do it slowly to savour it and appreciate its botanical nuances.
