6350 – MEAD WITH HEMP FROM CATALONIA 12,7º – 50 Cl.

Characteristics:  Sweet mead or also known as honey wine is obtained through the fermentation of the mixture of water and honey. Completely handmade and limited production. Mead is a recipe recovered from the Middle Ages and is the first known alcoholic drink.It preserves some of the properties of the honeys used. Like any product made in this way, it usually has slight variations, and sometimes a bit of sediment may occur, but this does not change its properties. Ingredients: Quality mineral water, honey, hemp and fresh wine yeast.

Tasting note: Initial aroma of orange honey. Pungent mouth, as if still fermenting. Not too sweet. It has acidity and that makes you drink and drink. Pleasant retro taste of good honey. Ideal as a table and digestive.

Consumption temperature: Consume between 6 and 10 ºC

Colour: Predominant amber reflections with different shades, its resinous and other very particular peculiarities, which are due in part to the honeys that have been used, as well as the process followed.

Graduation: 12.7% Vol.
