3013 – VERMOUTH IRIS ROSÉ DE MULLER OF D.O. TARRAGONA

 

Characteristics: Very crystalline pink vermouth with strawberry caramel tones, with a soft, penetrating and alcoholic aroma. The wine base with which it is made is mixed with a delicate combination of aromatic herbs, botanicals and natural roots, which in this particular case stands out for its greater citrus and caramelized floral content.

Varieties: White Grenache and Macabee.

Aging: Rests for a minimum of 7 months in oak barrels at a controlled and constant temperature.

Graduation: 15% by Alc.

Capacity: 1 Liter

Tasting Notes:

• View: Crystalline pink colour with strawberry caramelization.
• Nose: Subtle aroma of candied fruit, caramel and vanilla.
• Palate: Sweet, soft, silky, light strawberry flavour.

Serving: We recommend serving it between 3 and 4 ºC. Enjoy it cold.
