2978 – RED WINE TENUTA LA FUGA BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO – ITALIAN WINES
Characteristics: Brunello la Fuga perfectly reflects the territory where it was born. In fact, in the historic district of Camigliano, the southwest exposure to the Tyrrhenian Sea and the sediment-rich soils enrich the Sangiovese of Tenuta la Fuga with polyphenols that are elevated thanks to long refinements in 25 hectoliters oak barrels. Tasting it is enveloping and captivating as only Brunello can be.
Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C. Maceration with skins for approximately 20 diez.
Maturation: 4 years in 25 hectoliters Slovenian oak barrels.
Aging: minimum 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes:
- View: Ruby red with a tendency to garnet.
- Nose: It is present on the nose with notes of forest fruits, orange peel, flowers and cedar, but also walnut and wet leaves.
- Mouth: In the mouth it has a lot of body, firm and velvety tannins and a juicy texture. The persistence is long and the flavour concentrated. Perfect harmony between olfactory and gustatory profile.
Pairing: Ideal with strong and fatty dishes. Pork, duck recipes and lamb stews are excellent choices.
Service: It is recommended to serve between 16 and 18 °C, after decanting.
