2834 – WHITE WINE CLOS MARTINA OF MAS D’EN BLEI – D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Viticulture: Grapes sourced exclusively from the Mas d’en Blei estate. Vineyards planted on steep *llicorella* (slate) slopes. Hand-harvested and sorted on a selection table. Vinification is carried out separately for each variety.
Vinification: Cold pre-maceration of the grapes for 24 hours. After pressing and racking into a vat—where it rests for 24 hours—the wine is transferred to new 300-liter French oak barrels (fine-grained *Quercus petraea*, light-to-medium toast). Fermentation and aging take place here for 6 months on the lees, with daily *bâtonnage* (lees stirring). Natural cold stabilization (seasonal), not artificially induced. Aged for one year in the bottle.
