2807 – SENTIMENTS of PRIORAT 2020 D.O.Q. PRIORAT
Characteristics: The Grenache and Samsó grape varieties planted in the municipality of Poboleda (DOQ Priorat) are the basis for the production of SENTIMENTS 2020 red wine. After a selection of grapes and an aging of 6 months, a wine is obtained fresh, complex and balanced.
Elaboration: When the grapes arrive at the winery, the grapes are skidded and trampled. Subsequent cold maceration with light extraction followed by maceration and fermentation. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and rests in American and French oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Note:
· View: It is a complex wine that has an intense red color with violet tones.
· Nose: The nose is intense and elegant, with aromas of candied black and red fruits and light toasted cranberries in oak barrels.
· Mouth: In the mouth it is structured with a concentration of fruit, spices and toast.
Pairings: Recommended to accompany sausages, ham, white and red meats, legumes and cured cheeses.
Service: It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 16 ºC.
