2631 – SANTIAGO ROMA ALBARIÑO SELECTION of the D.O. RíAS BAIXAS
Characteristics: Fruit of a careful harvest from our best grapes from old vines (average age 40 years). Destemming, crio maceration (cold maceration), tear must and cold settling.
Fermentation: Controlled between 18ºC and 20ºC and aged on fine lees.
Variety: Albariño (100%)
Denomination of Origin: The D.O. Rías Baixas produces excellent white wines, characterized by the fruity and floral aromas derived from the Albariño grape, of international recognition.
Alcohol Content: 13% Vol.
Bottle Type and Capacity: Smoked Bordeaux of 75 Cl.
Tasting Notes:
- View: White, clean and bright and, straw colour with golden hues.
- Nose: Frank Albariño (bay balsamic), slightly dry country note, except that it is useful of dry and clean eucalyptus leaf, close-up of ripe apple.
- Mouth: Pleasant entry with a clean opening, where freshness takes center stage and where laurel, lemon and apple in its first step are complemented by a pleasant note of fresh grass with a measured and pleasant background of bitterness that gives it life.
Pairing: Seafood, fish, fresh cheese.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 8 and 10 ºC.
