2620 – ALBARIÑO MARIETA FROM D.O. RIAS BAIXAS
Characteristics: Marieta Albariño is the most authentic and groundbreaking version of Albariño. Brazen, modern and more charismatic than ever.
Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks. It is interrupted before completion by the use of cold, so that Marieta contains 14gr./l. of residual sugar.
Varietals: Albariño (100%)
Denomination of Origin: The D.O. Rias Baixas produces excellent white wines, characterized by the fruity and floral aromas derived from the Albariño grape, of international recognition.
Alcoholic Degree: 12% Vol.
Bottle Type and Capacity: Transparent Burgundy of 75 Cl.
Tasting Notes:
- View: Yellow colour with lemon reflections.
- Nose: High intensity, notes of white pulp fruit such as pear, apple, candied and melon. It has a background of orange citrus.
- Mouth: Light bubble tip, sweet and intense mid-palate. It has a very fruity and citrus aftertaste.
Pairing: Seafood, fish, fresh cheese.
Serving: It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10 ºC.
