Description: Gotim Bru 2019 is synonymous with balance, one of the true benchmarks of the winery. We are dealing with an avant-garde classic, young and informal, but at the same time distinguished and with roots. It is an expressive red produced with a blend of Grenache, Hare’s eye, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties from vineyards located in the regions of Lleida, La Noguera, L´Urgell, La Segarra and the mountains of Les Garrigues, at 700 meters of altitude. It is a blended wine, with a blend, that smells of history but that tastes avant-garde and modern, without forgetting its roots.
Elaboration: The continental climate is identified in the freshness and the experience of so many years in making good wine. Produced thanks to the assembly of the best grapes that come from the vineyards located in the southern area of the Remei’s Castle estate, in Lleida. The result, a fine and vintage wine aged in oak, balanced and elegant.
Aging: Under sustainable agriculture, Tomàs Cusiné produces this sensational red wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, then aging for 10 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
· View: Cherry colour with maroon rim, dense teardrop.
· Nose: On the nose, in a still glass, great aromatic potential and complexity. Notes of red fruit jam, along with lactic, toasted and sweet spice notes. When airing, mineral aromas appear with memories of pastries, fruit compote and a touch of aromatic herbs such as thyme.
· Mouth: The entry in the mouth is sweet and voluptuous, the tannins are soft and fill the palate. The acidity is present in the route and brings it freshness. Very long and balanced persistence.
Pairing: Ideally accompanies semi-cured cheeses, grilled red meats, meat rice, legumes, mushrooms, cooked and sausages.
Service: It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 ºC.
